What a Milo does and doesn't do

A Milo is a preconfigured AI workflow. It runs in your own ChatGPT account and saves its results to a spreadsheet in your own Google account. On a schedule, it researches publicly available business information. It does not contact anyone, and it does not guarantee leads, sales or any other business result.

AI can be wrong

Milos use AI to find and summarize information from public websites. Both the AI and the source websites can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. A Milo may occasionally:

  • list a business that doesn't fit;
  • misread a detail; or
  • repeat an entry.

Check anything important before you rely on it.

What “qualified” means

A qualified business is one that appears to match the criteria on the product page, based on public information at the time of research. It does not confirm a business's licensing, insurance, financial health, reputation or interest in buying from you. If a license matters to you, verify it with the state licensing agency.

Daily targets are maximums

“Up to five per scheduled workday, when available” is a ceiling, not a promise. Some days the Milo may find fewer businesses, or none. This is more likely in smaller markets, and as the pool of new businesses gets used up.

It runs on platforms we don't control

Milos depend on ChatGPT and Google, which can change their features, limits, permissions and prices without notice to us. If a change stops your Milo from performing its main function during your 52-week license term, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update. If we can't restore it, you may request a prorated refund under our Terms of Service.

Your accounts and your data

You need two accounts, which are not included in the purchase price:

  • a compatible ChatGPT plan with scheduled tasks, web research and supported Google Drive and Sheets actions (some features may require a paid plan); and
  • a Google account.

The Milo's results stay in your accounts, and we don't receive them. OpenAI's and Google's terms, together with your own account settings, govern how those companies handle that information.

Contacting prospects is up to you, and so are the rules

If you email, call or text businesses your Milo finds, you are responsible for following the laws that apply. These include the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and do-not-call rules.

Not professional advice

Nothing a Milo produces is legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.
