Terms of Service

Simple Digital Help · Operated by Experimental LLC

Effective date: October 21, 2026 · Last updated: October 21, 2026

The short version (the full Terms below control): You buy a time-limited license to a Milo, a preconfigured AI workflow, with a one-time payment. You install it in your own ChatGPT and Google accounts, and the license runs for 52 weeks from successful activation. AI research can be wrong, and results are not guaranteed. Refunds are available before activation, if the Milo can't be installed despite our help, or if a platform change breaks it and we can't restore it (Sections 8 and 9). You may use your Milo in your own business, but you may not resell or share it.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Simple Digital Help (“Simple Digital Help,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Experimental LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Our address is 1150 Malabar Rd STE 111 Box #171, Palm Bay, FL 32907, and our email is support@simpledigitalhelp.com.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit simpledigitalhelp.com, create an account, or buy or use any product we sell (together, the “Service”). You agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Product & AI Disclaimers when you do any of the following:

  • accept these Terms when you buy;
  • create an account; or
  • install a Milo.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it, and “you” includes that business.

2. Who may buy

To buy or use a Milo, you must:

  • be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract; and
  • buy for business or professional purposes, not for personal, family or household use.

We operate the Service from the United States. If you buy from another country, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.

3. What a Milo is

A “Milo” is a preconfigured, AI-powered digital workflow that we license to you for a limited period. It is not a managed service.

Each purchase includes:

  • an installation package for the specified Milo assignment (a TXT instruction file and an illustrated PDF installation guide); and
  • permission to use that assignment during its 52-week License Term (Section 7).

You install and operate the Milo in your own compatible ChatGPT and Google accounts. We do not run, supervise or monitor your scheduled tasks, and we do not provide a managed prospecting service.

We provide installation instructions, access to the installation materials you bought, and reasonable technical support for the original product configuration.

Each Milo's product page describes its intended function, geographic coverage and operating limits at the time of purchase (the “Product Description”).

4. What you need to use a Milo

You must have, at your own cost:

  • a compatible ChatGPT plan that supports scheduled tasks, web research and the Google Drive and Sheets actions described on the product page (some features or scheduling options may require a paid plan); and
  • a Google account with access to Google Sheets, connected to ChatGPT so the Milo can create and update a spreadsheet.

ChatGPT and Google are not included in the purchase price. You are responsible for keeping these accounts active and connected during your License Term.

5. Delivery and your account

We deliver your installation package by email after purchase.

Creating a Simple Digital Help account is optional. An account gives you access to your purchase history and to available installation files. Accounts use passwordless sign-in links sent to your email, so keep access to that email account secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us promptly at support@simpledigitalhelp.com.

6. Price and payment

  • One-time price. Each Milo is sold for the one-time price shown at checkout, in U.S. dollars. There is no subscription, and nothing renews automatically. A new License Term requires a new purchase.
  • Payment. Stripe processes payments. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless stated. You pay any sales or similar taxes that apply.
  • Price changes and promotions. We may change prices or offer discount codes at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already made. Discount codes have no cash value and follow the terms shown with them.

7. Activation and the 52-week License Term

7.1 Activation. A Milo is successfully activated when all three of these are true:

  • the required ChatGPT and Google connections are in place;
  • its assigned Google spreadsheet has been created or verified; and
  • its recurring scheduled task has been set up and confirmed active, as described in the installation guide.

A first discovery run is not required. Our purchase records do not by themselves show whether a Milo was activated, because we do not see inside your ChatGPT account.

7.2 Activation window. You have 12 months from the purchase date to successfully activate your Milo. If it is not activated within 12 months, the right to activate that purchased assignment expires. That does not happen if the delay was caused by us, or if applicable law requires an extension.

If you have installation difficulties, contact support before the activation window expires. The refund provisions in Section 8 still apply. This activation window applies to purchases made on or after the effective date of these Terms.

7.3 License Term. Each Milo assignment is licensed for 52 consecutive weeks from successful activation (the “License Term”). Time between purchase and activation does not reduce the License Term. For example, a Milo bought in October 2026 and activated in March 2027 is licensed until March 2028.

7.4 No automatic renewal. Each purchase is a one-time transaction. Nothing renews or is charged automatically.

7.5 Expiration. When the License Term ends, your license to run the Milo ends, and its scheduled operation is intended to stop. If it keeps running, you agree to turn off its scheduled task. The prospect information already saved in your Google account stays yours.

7.6 Installation help. If you have trouble installing a Milo, contact us for help. A Milo whose installation has not been completed is not considered activated.

7.7 One Milo, one assignment. Each purchase covers one Milo, installed in one ChatGPT account, for the industry and market in its Product Description.

8. Refunds

Before activation. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the Milo has not been successfully activated.

Installation problems. You may follow the installation instructions and still be unable to activate the Milo. If the cause is a problem with the supplied product, or with its compatibility with the requirements on its product page, we will provide reasonable troubleshooting help. If we cannot resolve the problem, you may request a full refund. Installation-related refund requests must be made within 90 days of purchase.

Billing and delivery errors. We will correct or refund duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and purchases for which we cannot provide the installation package.

After activation. Refunds are not ordinarily provided for a change of mind, for dissatisfaction with the number or usefulness of prospects, or for failure to achieve a particular business outcome. Section 9 covers third-party platform changes.

How to ask. Email support@simpledigitalhelp.com with your order number and the reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when available.

Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve problems faster.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. When ChatGPT, Google or other platforms change

Milos depend on third-party platforms, including ChatGPT and Google. Their features, terms, permissions and availability may change.

A material third-party change may prevent a Milo from performing its principal assigned function during your active License Term. If that happens, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a compatible update or an alternative configuration, where feasible.

If we cannot restore the Milo's principal function, you may request a prorated refund for the unused part of your License Term. It is calculated as follows: the amount you paid × the remaining full weeks ÷ 52.

The remedies in this Section are your only remedies for problems caused by third-party platform changes.

10. Your license and our intellectual property

10.1 Your license. For each Milo you buy, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. It lets you install the Milo in one ChatGPT account that you or your business control, and run it during the License Term for your own internal business purposes. Your employees and contractors may use its results for your business.

10.2 What you may not do. Unless we agree in writing, you may not:

  • sell, resell, share, sublicense, publish or give away a Milo, its instructions or its guide;
  • install a Milo in more than one ChatGPT account, or in a client's account;
  • upload a Milo, or a modified version of one, to a GPT store, template library, marketplace or public website;
  • use a Milo to build or train a competing product; or
  • remove our copyright or ownership notices.

You may adjust the settings the installation guide invites you to change. Any other changes are at your own risk, and we may not be able to support a changed Milo. If you want to run Milos for clients, contact us about agency terms.

10.3 What we own. We and our licensors own the Milos, their instructions, workflows and guides, and our names, logos and website content. Buying a Milo gives you a license, not ownership. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

11. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • keep your ChatGPT and Google accounts active, secure and properly connected, and keep your Simple Digital Help sign-in email secure if you create an account;
  • follow OpenAI's and Google's terms and usage policies;
  • review the Milo's results before relying on them; and
  • use the Milo and its results only for lawful purposes.

Prospect information and outreach. Prospect Discovery Milos research publicly available business information. They do not collect personal contact information, and they do not contact prospects.

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply when you use prospect information or carry out outreach. These include the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and do-not-call rules.

Each Milo's product page describes the information it is designed to collect. You may not modify a Milo to collect information beyond that. You also may not use a Milo to harass, spam or discriminate, or to access websites in violation of their terms.

12. Your data and the prospect data

The spreadsheet, and the information a Milo saves to it, belong to you and stay in your Google account. We ordinarily do not access your ChatGPT account, your Google account or your spreadsheets.

If you voluntarily send us screenshots, files or spreadsheet contents for troubleshooting, we use them only to help you. OpenAI's and Google's terms, together with your account settings, govern how those companies handle your information. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect.

13. AI-generated information and no guarantees

Milos use artificial intelligence to research publicly available business information. AI can produce information that is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or duplicated, and source websites can be wrong.

  • What “qualified” means. A qualified business is one that appears to match the criteria in the Product Description, based on public information at the time of research. It does not confirm a business's license status, insurance, financial condition, reputation, or interest in buying from you. Verify anything important yourself, for example by checking contractor licenses with the state licensing agency.
  • Targets are not guarantees. A daily target, such as “up to five per scheduled workday,” is a maximum. Some days the Milo may find fewer prospects, or none.
  • No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee any number of prospects, sales, customers, revenue or other outcome.
  • Not professional advice. Nothing a Milo produces is legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.

14. Third-party services and independence

The Service relies on third-party providers, including OpenAI, Google and Stripe. Each has its own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services, availability or practices.

Simple Digital Help is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google or Stripe. ChatGPT, Google, Google Sheets and Stripe are trademarks of their respective owners.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, THE SERVICE AND ALL MILOS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY MILO OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM WILL RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • EXPERIMENTAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE:
  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
  • LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR DATA; OR
  • DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED INFORMATION.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO A MILO OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE MILO THE CLAIM RELATES TO, OR (B) $100.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Experimental LLC and its members, managers, employees and contractors. This covers claims, losses and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of law; or
  • your use of a Milo's results, including any outreach to prospects.

18. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your account or license if you materially breach these Terms, for example by reselling a Milo or using it unlawfully.

If we stop offering a Milo or the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the prorated unused part of your License Term.

Sections 7.5, 10.2, 10.3 and 11 through 21 survive termination.

19. Disputes

19.1 Governing law. Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

19.2 Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, contact support@simpledigitalhelp.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

19.3 Where claims are heard. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Any other claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

19.4 Individual claims; no jury. To the extent permitted by law, claims may be brought only individually, not as a class or representative action. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

19.5 Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be filed within one year after it arises.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will email account holders, or post a notice on the site, at least 15 days before the change takes effect. Changes will not reduce the License Term or the refund rights for Milos you have already bought. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.

21. General terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Product & AI Disclaimers are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • Severability. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
  • Transfer. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • No third-party beneficiaries. No one else has rights under these Terms.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience only.
