Effective Date: May 2, 2026

Last Updated: April 27, 2026

1. In Plain Language (Summary)

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you when you use Simple Digital Help, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. Here's the short version:

  • We collect the information you give us (account details, business information you share with Morgan) and basic technical information about your use of the Service.
  • We use it to deliver the Service, process your payment, and improve what we offer.
  • We share it with the service providers we rely on to operate (listed in Section 5), and only to the extent they need it.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • You can contact us at support@simpledigitalhelp.com to see, change, or delete your information.

Full details follow below. The summary is for convenience only and does not replace the full Policy.

2. Who We Are

"We," "us," and "our" refer to Experimental LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating the Simple Digital Help service. Our contact information is in Section 12.

3. What Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text).

Business information: During the diagnostic, you share information about your business with Morgan. This may include revenue figures, customer information, operational details, team structure, pricing, and other business data. We refer to this as "Diagnostic Content."

Payment information: When you purchase the diagnostic, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card details. We do not store your full card number. We receive a limited record of the transaction (amount, last four digits of the card, transaction ID).

Communications: If you contact us for support, we keep a record of that communication.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

Technical information: When you visit the Service, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") to understand how users interact with the Service. GA4 collects information such as pages viewed, time spent, referral source, approximate geographic location (derived from IP address), and interaction events. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. GA4 is provided by Google LLC and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies: See Section 8 for details about cookies and similar technologies.

3.3 Information From Third Parties

Referral codes: If you arrive at the Service via an affiliate referral link, we receive and store the referral code associated with the link so we can credit the referring representative.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Create and maintain your account and authenticate you when you log in.
  • Deliver the diagnostic conversation and generate your findings and action plan.
  • Process your payment and handle refunds.
  • Send you transactional emails (account verification, password reset, purchase confirmation).
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Credit affiliate representatives for referrals that lead to purchases.
  • Monitor the health of the Service, detect abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Improve the Service — but only in aggregated and de-identified form. We do not train AI models on your individual Diagnostic Content.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information with the following categories of third parties, only as needed to operate the Service:

5.1 Service Providers

Anthropic, PBC: Diagnostic Content is sent to Anthropic's AI service (Claude) to generate Morgan's responses. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from training models on this data under its API terms.

Supabase, Inc.: Hosts our database, user authentication, and file storage.

Stripe, Inc.: Processes payments. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor and handles card data directly.

Resend, Inc.: Sends transactional emails on our behalf.

Vercel, Inc.: Hosts the web application.

Google LLC: Provides GA4 analytics.

5.2 Affiliate Representatives

If you purchase the Service after being referred by an affiliate representative, we share with that representative (a) the fact of your purchase and (b) the applicable commission. We do not share your identity or Diagnostic Content with the representative. The representative receives only what is required to calculate and pay their commission.

5.3 Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public. We do not voluntarily disclose user information to government authorities without valid legal process.

5.4 Business Transfers

If we are acquired, merged, or our assets are sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and of any meaningful change to how your information is handled.

5.5 What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your Diagnostic Content with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party other than those listed in this Section.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

Account information: For as long as your account is active, plus up to 12 months after you close your account, unless a longer retention is required by law.

Diagnostic Content and findings: For as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7). After account closure, we retain your findings artifact indefinitely so you can recover it if you return; raw conversation transcripts are eligible for deletion 12 months after account closure.

Payment records: We retain payment records for at least seven years to comply with tax and accounting obligations under U.S. federal and Florida state law.

Analytics data: GA4 data is retained for 14 months, then automatically deleted, except where aggregated into longer-term reports.

Support communications: For up to three years after the last interaction, then deleted or archived.

7. Your Rights Over Your Information

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Access — see what personal information we have about you.
  • Correction — ask us to fix information that is wrong.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your information (some records may be retained to comply with legal obligations).
  • Portability — receive a copy of your information in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt out of analytics — see Section 8.
  • Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@simpledigitalhelp.com. We will respond within 30 days (or as required by the law that applies to you).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have additional rights under California law, including the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources of that information, the business purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. This Policy describes each of those. You have the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your information; we do not sell or share your information as those terms are defined under California law.

Residents of other jurisdictions: If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent legislation, including the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Our legal basis for processing your personal data is typically the performance of our contract with you (delivering the Service) or our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@simpledigitalhelp.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Residents of Latin America: The Service is offered in select Latin American countries. If you are located in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Ecuador, or another Latin American country with applicable data protection legislation, you have the right to access, correct, cancel, and oppose the processing of your personal data (commonly referred to as ARCO rights). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@simpledigitalhelp.com. We will respond within 30 days. We do not transfer your personal data to third parties outside of the service providers listed in Section 5, and we do not sell your data.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

When you visit the Service, we and our service providers may place small data files ("cookies") on your device. We use cookies for the following purposes:

Strictly necessary cookies: Required to operate the Service — for example, to keep you logged in. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.

Analytics cookies: Set by Google Analytics to help us understand aggregate usage patterns. These are optional.

Attribution cookie: If you arrive via an affiliate referral link, we store the referral code in a cookie so we can credit the referring representative if you purchase. This cookie persists for 30 days.

On your first visit, you will see a cookie consent banner asking whether you want to accept analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies and the attribution cookie are always active; analytics cookies only activate with your consent. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page of the Service, by clearing your browser cookies, or by contacting us at support@simpledigitalhelp.com.

Opting out of Google Analytics directly: You can install Google's official opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

9. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Passwords are stored in hashed form. Connections to the Service are encrypted using TLS. Our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, and others) maintain their own industry-standard security practices.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at support@simpledigitalhelp.com and we will delete it.

11. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. U.S. privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email (to the address associated with your account) or by posting a prominent notice in the Service at least 15 days before the change takes effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates the latest revision.
